The College recently refurbished our existing Canteen into a modern, self-service style cafeteria to enhance the amenity and the healthy food options for our students. After researching various options available the RIVA product was a standout. The service and support we received during installation and subsequently has been outstanding.

I have seen many systems in the market, both locally and overseas and none are easier to use and teach staff especially in an industry with increasing staff turn-over. This was critical to me and the ongoing success of SOS cafe at South Yarra. The team at Riva have helped us grow from 1 to 2 stores and I see them in the bigger picture going forward.

We have been using Riva equipment and support for nearly 20 years and have always found the experience to be a positive one. We have found the equipment to be extremely durable and reliable and the few times over the years that we have had issues the service has been quick and professional. 

Riva worked with us to develop a front end that suits our business and is flexible enough to cater for small differences that our franchisees need. Piccolo Me could not recommend Riva highly enough.

I’ve worked in hospitality for 25 years and in that time have used the Riva system at multiple venues, including my own restaurants. New staff quickly get the hang of it and within 2-3 shifts are at the required level.
